- Timelines are all subject to availability. You could get a 1 month turn around time or a 1 year turn around time. It all depends.

- I will not accept all commissions requests. I want to give you the best of me, and if the commission isnt sparking some level of inspiration then I will have to respectfully decline or pivot on the idea. But please still fill out the form so we can start a dialogue.

Digital files are not limited edition and are not hand signed or numbered but they do have my signature on them.

If your product arrives damaged I will do my best to help rectify the problem. In many cases when it comes to prints, you will be issued a new print after supplying photo evidence of the damaged print.

When it comes to original artwork that part is a little more tricky. Please see Section 7. Damaged Artwork in the Harnack Art Policy Guide and send me a message explaining the issue via my contact form.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, quantity and location. Your shipping costs will be calculated at check-out. Due to the Canada Post Strike, shipping costs are temporarily inflated. You can either pay the shipping, wait till the strike is over, or purchase a digital print instead and get it printed at your local print shop to avoid all shipping charges. I apologize for the inconvenience as these matters are outside of my control.
