Harnack Art Return Policy
Harnack Art takes great pride in offering exquisite fine art products that are crafted with utmost care and precision. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you have a seamless experience when shopping with us. Please review our return policy for fine art products below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
You may return fine art products purchased from Harnack Art within 14 days of receiving your order minus a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accompanying documentation and packaging. Digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for refunds. The customer is responsible for returned shipping and all additional expenses.
2. Non-Eligible Items:
Custom or personalized fine art products are not eligible for return, as they are specially created to your specifications. Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery are also not eligible for return. Digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at josh.harnack@gmail.com or send us a message on our website https://www.harnack.ca/. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return request. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, and provide a return authorization, and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier and obtaining a tracking number to monitor the return. If your item is damaged during the return shipment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 21 business days.
6. Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 15% of the total cost of the product will apply to cover the cost of inspecting and restocking returned items.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective fine art products, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, excluding return shipping costs.
If you have bought an original painting that gets damaged in transport, you can either send it back to get
1. Repaired free of charge OR
2. Refunded minus the cost of shipping
You are responsible for return shipping to qualify for the refund.
If the original artwork comes framed and the frames gets damaged but the artwork is fine, you can either return the product for a refund minus shipping costs, or get a frame reimbursement to help cover the costs of repairing or finding a new frame. The frame reimbursement will depend on the size of the frame/the extent of damages and range between $10.00 - $200.00CAD.
8. Exchanges
You may exchange fine art products purchased from Harnack Art within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an echange, the item must be in its original condition, with all accompanying documentation and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the cost of shipping for the exchanged product. A 15% restocking fee may still apply. Digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.
