Harnack Art Return Policy

Harnack Art takes great pride in offering exquisite fine art products that are crafted with utmost care and precision. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that you have a seamless experience when shopping with us. Please review our return policy for fine art products below:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

You may return fine art products purchased from Harnack Art within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accompanying documentation and packaging.

 

2. Non-Eligible Items:
Custom or personalized fine art products are not eligible for return, as they are specially created to your specifications. Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery are also not eligible for return.

 

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at josh.harnack@gmail.com or send us a message on our website https://www.harnack.ca/. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return request. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, and provide a return authorization, and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

 

4. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier and obtaining a tracking number to monitor the return.

 

5. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 21 business days.

 

6. Restocking Fee:
In certain cases, a restocking fee of 15% of the total cost of the product may apply to cover the cost of inspecting and restocking returned items. 

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective fine art product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, excluding return shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

You may exchange fine art products purchased from Harnack Art within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an echange, the item must be in its original condition, with all accompanying documentation and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the cost of shipping for the exchanged product.
