Do you accept commissions for custom artwork?Yes, and you can fill out the commission request form on my website. However, there are a couple of things to consider. - Timelines are all subject to availability. You could get a 1 month turn around time or a 1 year turn around time. It all depends. - I will not accept all commissions requests. I want to give you the best of me, and if the commission isnt sparking some level of inspiration then I will have to respectfully decline or pivot on the idea. But please still fill out the form so we can start a dialogue.

Do you ship internationally? How long does shipping take?Yes, I have yet to find a place I cannot ship and shipping times vary... Canada - 10-14 Business Cards (often times sooner) United States - 10-14 Business Days Rest of the World - 14-21 Business Days As one person, I can only do so much, I try to get orders out the door ASAP and can often beat shipping expectations. However sometimes there are delays with shipping companies, printers, and just everyday life. But getting my artwork out the door and into your hands is a top priority.

Can I license your artwork for a product, book, or album cover?Yes, please fill out my contact form to discuss potential art licensing for any type of branding, products, books, cover art etc.

Are you open to collaborations or brand partnerships?Yes, I am always open to collaborations and partnerships as long as it's mutually beneficial and sparks inspiration.

Are you available for artist talks or workshops?Yes, I love artist talks, sharing my story and inspiring others. I am available for public speaking, workshops, podcasts, jurying art shows and more. Please fill out my contact form and lets talk!

Are your prints limited edition? Do your prints come signed and numbered?All prints are Limited Edition and come hand-signed and numbered. Digital files are not limited edition and are not hand signed or numbered but they do have my signature on them.

Can you paint a mural for my home or business?Yes. I love painting murals and the bigger the better. I have all the proper insurance and training to get any job done big or small. Please fill out my mural form to get the conversation going. I will paint murals anywhere in the world as long as expenses are covered.

What is your return/exchange policy?Depending on the product and it's condition returns and exchanges are possible. Please review the in-depth returns and exchanges policy here. As a small art business, returns and exchanges dramatically impact my business so please review carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out and ask.

What if my product arrives damaged?If your product arrives damaged I will do my best to help rectify the problem. In many cases when it comes to prints, you will be issued a new print after supplying photo evidence of the damaged print. When it comes to original artwork that part is a little more tricky. Please see Section 7. Damaged Artwork in the Harnack Art Policy Guide and send me a message explaining the issue via my contact form.
